These terms apply when you use MedicVoice – AI Clinical Notes, provided by MedicVoice Healthcare. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use MedicVoice
MedicVoice is intended for registered medical and dental practitioners and their clinics. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
Clinical responsibility
MedicVoice is a documentation tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Transcriptions and generated notes can contain errors. You must review and correct every note, prescription and bill before using, printing or sharing it, and you remain responsible for all clinical decisions.
Patient information
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to record consultations, store patient information and message patients.
Specialty
You choose your specialty when you register. It is locked afterwards.
Plans and payments
MedicVoice offers a free trial and monthly paid plans priced in Indian rupees, plus optional top-ups. Plan features and allowances are described on the Pricing page and in the app. Paid access starts after your payment is verified. Top-ups do not restart or extend a subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or upload content you have no right to use.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new date.
