Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your plan
MedicVoice plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time.
- Subscribed in the Android app (Google Play): open Google Play, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select MedicVoice and cancel.
- Subscribed on the web: email support@medicvoice.co.in from your registered email address and ask us to cancel. We will confirm by email.
Top-ups and Studio credits
Top-up notes and Studio credits are one-time purchases. They carry forward and do not renew.
Refund requests
To ask about a refund or report a payment problem, email support@medicvoice.co.in with your registered email address, the payment or order ID and the reason. Purchases made through Google Play are also covered by Google Play's refund policies, and you can request a refund from Google directly.
