This policy explains how MedicVoice Healthcare (“MedicVoice”, “we”) handles information when doctors use MedicVoice – AI Clinical Notes on the web, on Android and on this website.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, mobile number, medical specialty, registration number and clinic details you add.
- Clinical audio: recordings you make or upload so they can be transcribed.
- Clinical content: transcripts, clinical notes, dental charts, treatment plans, prescriptions, billing entries and attachments you create.
- Patient details you enter: such as name, age, sex and phone number.
- Usage and device information: features used, device type, operating system and app version.
How we use it
We use this information to provide transcription and note generation, store your records, print and share documents at your request, send WhatsApp messages you have enabled, process payments, provide support and improve the service.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to run MedicVoice, including OpenAI for transcription and note generation, Firebase for sign-in, MongoDB Atlas for data storage, Razorpay and Google Play for payments, and Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API for messages sent from your clinic's WhatsApp Business number. They process information on our behalf to deliver these functions.
Your responsibilities for patient information
You decide which patient information to record and share. Obtain your patients' consent where required, including before sending them WhatsApp messages.
Retention
We keep your records while your account is active or as required by law. Audio may be stored temporarily after transcription.
Your choices
You can access and correct your information in the app. You can ask us to delete your account or specific data; see Account Deletion and Data Deletion.
This website
This marketing website does not ask you to create an account. Links to the app take you to medicvoice.co.in or Google Play, which have their own sign-in.
