Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete specific data without closing your MedicVoice account.

What you can delete yourself

You can remove an attachment from a case using the delete icon next to the file.

What you can ask us to delete

• Audio recordings and transcripts
• Specific clinical notes or all notes
• Specific patients and their notes
• Attachments
• WhatsApp message history

How to request it

1. Email support@medicvoice.co.in from your registered email address.
2. Use the subject “Data deletion request”.
3. Say which data to delete, for example a patient's name and the date of the consultation.

We will email you when the deletion is complete. Deleted data cannot be recovered, so save any copies you need first.
