What is MedicVoice?

MedicVoice – AI Clinical Notes is documentation software for doctors in India. You dictate the consultation, MedicVoice transcribes it and prepares a structured clinical note in medical English, and you review and edit it before saving, printing or sharing.

How does voice-to-SOAP documentation work?

Record the consultation with the microphone or upload an audio file. MedicVoice transcribes it, shows the original transcript beside an editable medical English version, and then generates a clinical note organised for your specialty. You check and correct the note before you use it.

Which specialties are supported?

Twelve: General Medicine, Dental/Dentistry, ENT (Otorhinolaryngology), Orthopedics, Cardiology, Ophthalmology/Eye Care, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Gynecology/Obstetrics, Neurology, Emergency Medicine/ICU and Intensive Care Unit.

Can I dictate in Hindi, Marathi, and English?

Yes. You can dictate in Hindi, Marathi, English or a mix of them. The app also lists Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Punjabi. Leave the language on Mixed to auto-detect, or pick the exact language for clearer Hindi or Marathi audio. The note is always written in clinical English.

Can I edit the generated notes?

Yes. The medical English text and every section of the clinical note are editable. You can re-run the translation, correct details and add points before saving. Finalising locks the fields, and you can reopen a finalised note to change it.

Can I add patients and view previous consultations?

Yes. You can add a patient while starting a case or select an existing one. Saved consultations are listed under Notes, and your patient list is under Patients.

Can I create prescriptions and reuse prescription packages?

Yes. Add prescriptions in the Rx step of a case. Save prescriptions you use often as Rx packages, apply a package to a new case and adjust it for that patient.

Can I attach clinical documents?

Yes. Attach CT, MRI or X-ray images and previous prescriptions to a case. Each file can be up to 8 MB, and large images are compressed automatically. Attached documents appear on the printed case paper.

Can I use my clinic branding?

Yes. Add your clinic name, logo, doctor name, address and registration number in Settings. Printed case papers show your clinic header and your name in the signature block.

How do WhatsApp reminders work?

WhatsApp messaging uses your clinic's own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Cloud API, so it needs to be set up first. Once connected, you can turn on a welcome message when a patient is added, a confirmation when an appointment is booked and a reminder at 9 AM IST on the day of the appointment, in English or Hindi. Patient replies appear in WA Inbox. Only message patients who have agreed to hear from your clinic on WhatsApp.

What does the free trial include?

Start your 7-day free trial with 5 free SOAP notes. Register your doctor account first and the trial starts on your new account. The trial ends after 7 days or when all 5 free SOAP notes are used, whichever comes first. To keep creating SOAP notes after the trial, choose Basic or Pro from the Account page.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic costs ₹299 a month and includes 50 SOAP notes, multilingual recording, prescriptions, Rx packages, billing and WhatsApp patient messaging. Pro costs ₹499 a month and includes 100 SOAP notes, everything in Basic, Medical AI Studio for generating medical images and 10 starter Studio credits.

What happens when my monthly notes are used?

You can buy a top-up of 50 additional SOAP notes for ₹299, as many times as you need, or wait until your monthly allowance resets at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do purchased top-up notes carry forward?

Yes. Top-up notes carry forward and are used on top of your monthly allowance. Buying a top-up does not change, restart or extend your plan.

Can I change my specialty after registration?

No. The specialty is chosen at registration and stays locked, because it decides your note template, chart and procedures. Contact support if you registered with the wrong specialty.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. If you subscribed in the Android app through Google Play, cancel in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. For subscriptions bought on the web, email support@medicvoice.co.in from your registered email address.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Email support@medicvoice.co.in from your registered email address. The Account Deletion and Data Deletion pages explain what is deleted and what may be kept.
